1. How long does it take to ship an order?Ready to ship: It can take up to 48 hours to ship your order.
Customization of Lenses: All Customized Lenses may take 5-7 business days of shipping time, or it may vary based on lenses & service you select.
2. How will my order be delivered to me?
All orders are neatly packed and delivered by renowned courier services like Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL & Purolator. If you have ordered for more than one item, they all will be wrapped together unless mentioned so.
Delivery Time: All products take 5-7 business days of shipping time in North America & it may vary internationally based on location & service you select.
3. What is the difference between shipping address and billing address? Where will my package be delivered?
Shipping address is where your order will be delivered. The shipping address will be mentioned during your checkout. Billing address is where your credit card bills will be sent to. We request you to keep both the addresses same.
4. What are my shipping charges?
All shipping charges, within and outside the country will be determined by the volume and the weight of the product. The charges differ for different products. Certain provinces and countries have their own duties and taxes to be paid at the time of delivery and those will have to be honored by the customer.
5. What if I do not receive my package on time?
Allow extra time for deliveries to non-major canters and remote locations. Shipping time may be also impacted by weather conditions, public holidays, service provider’s delays and/or other uncontrollable factors. In the above circumstance, Ottika will not be responsible for refund, return or exchange.
